Here was a project awarded to ‘Golden Mean’ advertising agency by a Healthcare Brand ‘Rotahaler’ of a pharmaceutical company ‘Cipla’. The project was to develop a campaign for a Healthcare Brand that was no.1 in its segment and has completed 15 years of its presence in the industry. The brand is a device used by asthma patients. Its an inhaler, which is transparent in nature. The objective of the campaign was to highlight the brand’s 15 years of contribution to the medical fraternity.

 

Advertising insight:

From the last 15 years, the brand ‘Rotahaler’ had been helping asthma patients to overcome breathlessness. Being transparent in nature, the brand has built up a good adherence among patients and doctors. Over years, millions have been benefited by the usage of this brand. Hence, as an agency we derived a theme, ’15 years of transparency’. The theme represented the faith, trust, commitment and acceptance which brand has contributed to the TG. As a communication agency, we did field work along with the sales representatives of the company. We met doctors who prescribed our brands and also who did not. We understood the sales team’s perspective towards the brand. With all these efforts we came up with a communication that transparently conveyed the facts, which the brand has contributed since its inception through teasers, visual aids, inclinic activities, reminders, patient education and much more

 

Benefits achieved:

The TG felt privileged to be associated with such a Healthcare Brand. The campaign also engaged newer audience, who were impressed with the efforts of the brand. This helped the brand to gain newer leads in terms of brand prescription.
