Here was a project which felicitated ‘Golden Mean’ as an Award Winning Ad Agency at New York. It was an event activity given to ‘Golden Mean’ advertising agency by Cipla. The project was to create an activity on the occasion of ‘World Thalassemia Day’. Thalassemia being a blood disorder affects kids and their quality of life alarmingly. We wanted to develop a concept for the event that will create awareness about this disorder, among kids & their parents. We wanted to inspire kids to cope up with thalassemia and give them a hope to live with it.
By understanding the trauma and the burden of thalassemia, we as an Ad Agency, decided to uplift the moral of kids. We thought of portraying an idea of inspiration and support, that will bring confidence in their lives. We had developed a theme, ‘Bunch of wishes’ to address the challenges of kids living with ‘Thalassemia’. With this theme, we had driven the philosophy of taking a step to fulfill the kid’s wish to live. Our scope of work included ideating creative copy, activities, engaging TG with visual collaterals like Banners, Standees, Posters, Education, Thank you cards for Blood donors and many more.
The theme along with the event got registered, both emotionally and intellectually in TG’s mind. It had a great recall value in terms of its branding, activities and communication. As a result, we retained the project consistently for 5 years in a row.
