We, Mumbai Based Communication Agency, Golden Mean bagged a project of internal communication for a pharmaceutical company, ‘Alembic’. The project was to launch a premium brand, which belonged to skin-care segment. The brand was a cream to reduce stretch marks that occurs during pregnancy in pregnant woman. The objective was to build an internal communication for sales people that could make them feel confident to sell a premium value brand.
We named the theme, ‘Glow like a star’. The name inspired the field to glow like a star and shine in their performance. The name also co-related the glow of the skin, which a pregnant woman can achieve when her skin is free from stretch marks. This theme communication was introduced during the cycle-meet of the organization. We had appealed the sales people to glow in their sales. We had raised the curiosity levels through teasers, by creating an ambience with appropriate props and communication. We had also suggested an interesting idea to reveal the brand, which was executed well by the client.
The sales-people were very well impacted with the philosophy of the communication. It helped the client to communicate the expected results from the brand’s features and highlights. Overall the communication boosted their confidence to drive the brand in the market.
